By playing, you agree to all of these terms. You agree that if you break any of these rules, your account(s) can or will
be deleted by a moderator/administrator at any time. 1. Each player is allowed 2 accounts. If you have been found with more than 2 accounts you will receive a warning, and your extra accounts (lower numbered)will be deleted. If you are found with more then 5 accounts, all accounts will be deleted and your IP address will be banned. 2. Inappropriate material, such as but not limited to, racial, sexual, religious, political, pornographic, or anything deemed inappropriate by the moderators/administrators may not be discussed, or posted in any way. 3. Okapi Oasis has the right to close (temporarily or permanently), no matter what the circumstances. 4. Nothing on Okapi Oasis is real. It was created only for the player's entertainment. 5. The sale of Okapi Oasis items, animals, accounts, etc, for real life money is not allowed in any way shape or form. If anyone is found attempting to do this, their IP address and account(s) will be banned. 6. You must be at least 13 years of age to play Okapi Oasis. If you are under 13 years old, you must have parental consent before playing. 7. You are responsible for all your actions outside of Okapi Oasis. We are not responsible for any harassment, slander, etc. that is not been taken during playing Okapi Oasis. 8. You are responsible for your account information. If you choose to give it to another player for any reason (account sitting, shared accounts, friends) we are not responsible for any account hacking. 9. There will be NO refunds on donations or alpha accounts. Refunds may be considered under special circumstances 10. The maximum size tags/avatars may be is 150x150 pixels. 11. Everything on okapi oasis is copyright to okapi oasis! Theft of art, plot, coding, etc. Is not tolerated at all and those doing so will get their IP address banned immediately. 12. External scripts in any programming language are not allowed. 13. Abuse of bugs or code for personal use or to cause damage to okapi-oasis.com is prohibited. Okapi-oasis.com reserves the rights to take whatever action it deems appropriate in case of this breech. 14. I agree that I will respect Moderators, Administrators and all users of okapi-oasis.com. I understand that the mistreatment of users on the website will result in a punishment that we deem appropriate. 15. Okapi-oasis.com reserves the rights to modify the terms of service in any way shape or form at any time, providing prior notice is given. 15. I agree that severe violations of the Terms Of Service may result in action being taken beyond the website. |
